腰果炒雞丁

Ingredients

雞柳/ 雞胸

冬菇

腰果

紅,青, 黃椒

蔥白

Marinating ingredients

老抽

生抽

胡椒粉

麻油

生粉

蛋白

1) soak the Chinese mushroom till they’re soft

2) fried the cashew starting in cold oil (or cook them in boiling water a bit, dry them n fry til they change color)

3) marinate the chicken with egg white and corn starch first and the all other marinate after

4) chop up the mushroom and green / yellow / red peppers

5) cooking everything together (stir fry the mushroom in oil first, then chicken almost cooked, then those peppers and in the end mix them all up again, green union in the end)
