南乳蓮藕炆豬腩肉

材料:豬腩肉一條、蓮藕一根、南乳醬一塊、薑片、蒜頭、蔥段
調味料︰醬油、糖、水

做法
1. 先把豬腩肉切小塊並汆水,蓮藕切塊
2. 薑片, 蒜頭和蔥段下鍋炒香,再下豬腩肉炒香. 加進蓮藕、半塊南乳醬及調味料同煮一會,試味,加salt 和足夠水(水要蓋到大部分材料) ,炆
3. 炆一小時以上, 試味,加冰糖。
