豉汁果片蒸鮑魚

Portions : 2 servings
Ingredients : fresh abalone x4
Ginger
Garlic
蒸魚豉油
Green onion
果皮

1) soak the 果皮, chop up garlic and ginger
2)wash the abalone
3)place the soften 果皮 over those abalones
4) boil some water
5) after the water is boiling and steaming, steam the abalones for 12 mins. Place some green onion over them after.
6) fry the garlic and ginger, pour the steam fish soy sauce in the pan and it will turn bubbly really quick. Quickly pour the soy sauce over the abalone.

Done!
