Spanish fish

1st try: it wasn’t good, I need to chop the tomato into smaller piece, and pls ignore the fish cooking time, I should just cook them in open pot and look at it till whenever the fish is ready. I can probably just skip the bay leave too. And also maybe save some of the parsley for putting them in later coz when the dish was ready all the parsley was all dark already.

Also I try mackerel this time and the fish didn’t really good that well with the dish.

And also the recipe call it a stew so I was thinking it would turn into a stew and closed the liq. I don’t think that was a good idea and the liquid in the recipe was clearly not enough to make a stew.
