南瓜茄子蕃薯粟米洋蔥炒斑塊

I first steamed all the hard veggies till they soften a bit. N blanched the fish fillets so that it won’t stick when I try them later.

I fried the onion n garlic first.
Put the veggies in n add white wines paprika.
Added the fish in the end.

Lesson learn: could have put the fish in sooner. N Also the fish doesn’t really go very well. Prob need some ginger to get rid of the fishy smell. Maybe should have separated the fish from the veggies.

Also the eggplant doesn’t really go well with the pumpkin, sweet potato n the corns
