2 fish fillet (x x 斑, I forgot the name, skin is red)
1 tomato, chopped
4-5 garlic cloves, chopped
Half red onion, chopped
Tiny bit of ginger, chopped
Bit of red chili, chopped
Wash the fish, remember to get rid of all scales left. Dry it, pat salt on it.
I sauté the red onion, garlic, ginger n chili. Add the tomato.
After a while, pour all that into a blender n blend.
Cook the fish, pour the blended tomato liquid over and cook.
