姜 x 幾片
蔥段x 1 green onion
豉油 x bit less than half 湯匙
蠔油 x bit less than half 湯匙
麻油 x few drops

冬菇出水 reserve water
爆香薑,乾蔥,蔥段,
落冬菇,再落芋頭,
加冬菇水和豉油,蠔油,麻油,加水炆till tender
