芋頭魚腩煲

taro x 1/4
沙巴龍躉 x 1 serving
乾蔥X1
Ginger
green onion
onion x 1/2

調味料:
生抽1湯匙
老抽1湯匙
mirim 1.5湯匙 (coz I ran out of oyster sauce, so I used 老抽and mirim)
花淍 x1湯匙

爆香薑蔥,乾蔥 和洋蔥。落芋頭,加魚,炒香,落調味料和水。計時3-4分鐘,先撈起魚,待芋頭煮淋後上碟。
