lemon fish in capers tapas style 



red onion, slice them

fennel, chop them up

radish, slice them

red pepper , chop them

caper, drain and rinse 

olive oil

lemon juice 

olive paste

pinch of salt


mix everything up (not the fish)and add parsley in the end. taste the mixture as you go.

cook the fish and just pour the marinate on top. done 



I had a very nice cod from ship 22 so I took pic of it and try to inmitate… and I also had this reference recipe. although I just ignore the portion coz recipe was for 8 and I skipped the salt and onion and the lemon zest part, sub olive paste and add fennel
