Baked Dijon Salmon

Serving for 1; Preparation time: 30 mins


  • 1 piece Salmon
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard ;
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil ;
  • 3-4 garlic cloves, chopped 
  • 1/2 lemon juice or 1 teaspoon vinegar 

Preparation : 

  1. Preheat the oven to 360ºF
  2. Mix dijon mustard , garlic , lemon juice or vinegar and olive oil in a container 
  3. Marinate the salmon with the sauce (1 hour in the refrigerator is ideal but you can also skip that to save time)
  4. Bake salmon at 365 ºF for 20 minutes. Serve!
