砂煱洋葱雞

ingredients for serving for 2: 

雞 2lb 

洋葱 x 1 

薑 : 

生抽

老抽 

Oyster sauce

Sesame oil

sugar

prep two marinate : 

I)for chicken :  1 tbsp 生抽 , 1 tbsp 薑汁 and 1/2 tbsp 老抽,I sprinkle some sugar in it too

II) for whole dish: 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce , abt a tsp or less sugar, some sesame oil and white pepper. 

cooking : 

1) marinate the chicken with : 1 tbsp 生抽 , 1 tbsp 薑汁 and 1/2 tbsp 老抽,I sprinkle some sugar in it too. marinate for 10 mins or longer 

2) chop onion, and chop abt 6 slices of ginger 

3) stir fry the chicken till slightly brown. scope them up

4) fry onion and that 6 slices of ginger . after u can smell the aroma and when the onion is slightly soften, put the chicken back there. 

5) pour another marinate: 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce , abt a tsp is less sugar, some sesame oil and white pepper.  I pour chinese wine in there too. and lower the stove to medium heat . put the lid on and steamer it till its done.
